Green Herts & Minds Children & Young People | Hertfordshire & Beyond
This programme starts outside. Using nature-based solutions, children reconnect with the natural world and with themselves-building emotional regulation, climate awareness and a genuine sense of agency.
Grounded in EQ, AQ and SQ through direct outdoor experience-not screens, not worksheets.
2 Hour Session A standalone introduction to nature-based emotional literacy. Outdoor sensory work, emotional mapping and place-based climate conversation. Fits into a school day. Works as a taster, a wellbeing session or the start of something longer.
